A friend did a pressure check test on my beater and fixed a few leaks in the coolant hoses. During the process, a mouse ran out of the garage in which my G8 is stored. After a quick check to see if I could see any damaged wiring harnesses, I'm off to get some mousetraps, hopefully before the mouse has a chance to do any damage.

I bought an ultrasonic device at the home improvement store that keeps the mice away and it works great. It doesn't bother humans or pets, but the mice hate the sound so it keeps them out.

Swapped out the two Maggie bolts from my temporary solution with the old bolts and spacers. Also installed the correct 160 degree thermostat. The original one I was supplied simply would not fit. Turns out the thermostats are different between 09 and 09.5s. They shipped the wrong one. You would thing that thermostat size would have been standardized since the dark ages!

Cleaned my throttle body, MAF, HSRK sensor and Vararam filter. Dang they get dirty quick this time of year. Also added some additional foam weather stripping to the filter housing.

Finally got around to installing my BMR radius arm bushings. Did I miss something about the stock bushings having water inside them? Both did and it was nasty.
