    Default Installing an amp/subs?

When installing an amp to add some subs in the trunk, is it best to add an LOC RCA converter back by the stock amp or behind the head unit? Trying to figure out my best option before I dig in. All feedback is welcome.

    Thanks.

Put the LOC in the trunk. No need to run wiring all the way from the front. Try to find one that provides a remote-on too. I have an MTX Re-Q, but I don't think they are available anymore.

Definitely just put one in the trunk. The factory amp for the rear deck speakers is back there and has all the wires you will need. As previously mentioned, try and find one with a remote on. I opted to run a wire to the front so i can have control to turn the amp off if someone is riding with me who doesn't like them or if i need to take the subs out and do not want the amp outputting anything.
