150K miles new to me G8 GT

Thanks guys.
Its got a couple issues though, the left rear wheel leans in at the top and there's clunking but I knew this going into the deal.
Are there any usual suspects back there I should look for?

Mine is the same. There is an adjustment for the rear camber. Could be as simple as an alignment. I plan on adjusting mine in the next few days.

Lower control arm........ its prolly adjustable for the camber. the bolt is bad or has come out of adjustment

I work for a Mercedes Benz dealer so I have access to a hoist, I'll have to take a second look.
