Default Cutting off extra mounts on the oil pan

I'm installing a turbo kit and have run into an interference issue. The merged pipe currently sits too low. Apparently it's supposed to be higher but the pipe hits the frame or oil pan. If I move the pipe above the lip of the frame, the pipe hits the cast stand offs on the pan. I think I need to cut these off. I don't want to ruin the pan, can I cut them off flush with the side of the pan and not have a hole in the pan?

Here is the inside of the pan. I don't think you will have a problem cutting them off.
