    My Blendmount works fine with the stock mirror. They did send me a longer bracket for my SS though.

    $10 shipped on ebay. Thank you for the part number. Looks like they use the same mirror on a WIDE variety of cars. Mine supposedly came out of an 03 impala.

    Are there any known mirror model numbers where everything will work including temp?

    So the 03 impala mirror doesn't include the compass.. didn't look closely enough before buying... $10 wasted, oh well.

    From what I've seen, all of the mirrors (various options) are GNTX-261s.

    The part for the mirror with temp is 015607, but it looks to me like this part was used on a wide variety of mirrors. Some with map lights, temp, compass, onstar.. I even found a tan one from an acura that uses the same part number.

    Short version... you almost have to go off of a picture.

    Here is a pinout for the configuration:

    Black=Pin #8=Ground
    LT Green w/Black tracer=Pin #6=Ambient Air Temp Sensor Signal
    Gray= Pin#7=Ground for Ambient Air Temp Sensor
    Yellow=Pin#13=Switched 12v
    LT Green=Pin #9=Backup Lamps Supply Voltage

    Temp sensor with bracket GM PART # 15047946 $13.21
    Temp sensor by itself GM PART # 25775833 $3.27
    Temp Sensor Part number RockAuto #25775833 $3.35 (cheaper shipping)

    The OE harness is stupid expensive so if the pigtail doesn't come with your sensor, nothing stopping you from using just a 2 wire weatherpack.

    Has anyone looked into wiring in the "Backup Lamps Supply Voltage?"

    I did this on my Grand Prix GXP so that the mirror undims as you put the vehicle in reverse.

    Or you can do what I did. Almost as easy and it dims. https://youtu.be/-MXq_zdJnE0

    Forgot to update this: Our harnesses are already pre-wired with the "Backup Lamps Supply Voltage" wire at pin 9.
